Knockouts Tag Titles: The Elegance Brand Steals the Win

The action kicked off with championship gold on the line as Ash & Heather By Elegance defended their TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Titles against The IInspiration’s Cassie Lee & Jessie McKay. Entering the night with a 130-day reign, The Elegance Brand used every trick in the book to keep their titles—distractions, illegal interference, and brutal double-team maneuvers.

McKay was isolated for much of the match, but a fiery hot tag to Lee shifted the momentum. Lee wowed the crowd with a Northern Lights Suplex and a top-rope superplex, nearly capturing the win. However, ringside interference from M By Elegance—disguised as the Statue of Liberty—turned the tide. After a vicious torch shot to McKay and a Swanton Bomb from Heather, the champs retained in 6:39.

Home Turf Triumph: The Home Town Man Defeats Eric Young

In a surprise open challenge, Eric Young mocked New York and dared anyone from the city to face him. Answering the call was the masked enigma, The Home Town Man. Despite an attempted ambush by the Northern Armory, HTM cleared the ring and battled Young in a short but intense clash.

Wearing a New York Islanders jersey, HTM delivered a spirited performance. After surviving Young’s aerial assault, he reversed a piledriver into a quick roll-up to score the pinfall in 4:13, igniting the UBS Arena crowd.

Fourth Rope Debuts with a Win Over TNA Veterans

A hard-hitting trios match closed out the pre-show as Real1 (Enzo Amore), Zilla Fatu, and Josh Bishop—representing Westside Gunn’s Fourth Rope brand—made a powerful TNA debut. Facing TNA regulars Maclin, Warner, and Jake Something, the match was a chaotic flurry of aerial dives, chokeslams, and jaw-dropping spots.

After a high-speed series of near falls and miscommunications, Real1 secured the pin on Jake Something following a brutal Eat Defeat finisher. Fourth Rope walked away with a statement victory in under three minutes.

Mustafa Ali Gets Redemption Over Cedric Alexander

In a grudge match seven years in the making, Mustafa Ali avenged his WrestleMania 34 loss to Cedric Alexander in a thrilling opener to the main card. With Order Four backing him at ringside, Ali endured high-risk moves and multiple near-falls from Alexander in what was one of the most physical matches of the night.

Despite interference from Tasha Steelz and others, Alexander nearly had the match won with a devastating Lumbar Check. But after a series of reversals and distractions, Ali landed a final 450 Splash to seal the win at 14:32. A true show-stealer to kick off Slammiversary’s main card.
